Dr. Mario World is going off the mobile
While Nintendo was able to make the mobile version of their Mario Kart and Pokemon franchises a success, the mobile version of another popular game did not respond well. In continuation of this, one of the successful games of Nintendo, the mobile version of Mario is shutting down on November 1. News Engadget.
Nintendo is also shutting down sales of 'diamonds' needed to buy more time, pills and power-ups from tomorrow to close the game.
Nintendo co-created the game with Japan's popular mobile messaging app Line. The game was unveiled on July 10, 2019, just two years ago.
After the service of the game was stopped so that the players could see and reminisce about history, Nintendo has announced plans to launch a web page called 'Mario World Memories'. The company also thanked the players for their continued support since the game was launched on the official website.
